It was reported on the TV news Friday night that Colorado Springs Utilities is working with the city to try to water parks. They have created a conservation program for parks by making sure sprinklers aren't wasting water, etc. BOULDER PARK is one of the first to be completed... YEA!!!

Hi, this is my new blog. I hope to post information that you will find interesting. Most of the postings will deal with residential real estate issues in the central part of Colorado Springs. I welcome your input...let me know what you want to see.

I live in the Divine Redeemer area which is located by Memorial Hospital Central and the Olympic Training Center. The name comes from the Divine Redeemer church and school that is located here. Most of the homes in the central part of town were built from the 1890's thru the 1950's...but we are seeing some of the older homes replaced by new ones such as the home in the 900 block of East Dale.
